With 30 years of experience in consulting engineering and the construction industry, Tom Rusk formed Cardinal Points in 2017. Tom, a former professional engineer, is experienced in many facets of building design and construction, but specifically in the areas of industrial process, healthcare, and critical facilities projects ranging in value from $10,000 to $5MM. His education includes a B.S. in Architectural Engineering and Master of Science from Kansas State University where he authored a thesis on the fundamentals and benefits of total building commissioning. Tom is a licensed professional engineer, a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers and holds a Class ‘A’ General Contractor License. Tom is committed to providing a company that highly values his employees, suppliers, subcontractors, professional associates and Clients.

In 2022 Tom expanded the Company by developing Cardinal Points Service that specializes in meeting the HVAC needs of both residential and commercial clients.
