With 30 years of experience in consulting engineering and the construction industry, Tom Rusk formed Cardinal Points in 2017. Tom is experienced in many facets of building design and construction, but specifically in the areas of industrial process, healthcare, and critical facilities projects ranging in value from $10,000 to $5MM. His education includes a B.S. in Architectural Engineering and Master of Science from Kansas State University where he authored a thesis on the fundamentals and benefits of total building commissioning. Tom is a licensed professional engineer, a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers, LEED Green Associate, and holds a Class ‘A’ General Contractor License.
