This design/bid/build project involved total renovation of approximately 6000 sq.ft. of existing office space. The project included the installation of a new break room. During construction, we were able to identify an existing defect in the building envelope that had been there since the building was built. This defect was fixed during our project and will save the owner thousands of dollars in utility expenses each year and result in better building temperature and humidity control.
