This project entails a comprehensive renovation, including a full exterior and interior repainting of the building, installation of new countertops, and the creation of a dedicated recoup area in the warehouse, equipped with a Forte metal fence and sink. To improve comfort, a warehouse fan was installed, and ceiling insulation repairs were completed. The parking lot was expanded to include 13 additional spaces, including an ADA-compliant spot, and enhanced with custom landscaping, striping, new lighting, and a flagpole. Moreover, a new septic system was installed, along with a sump pump at the dock pit, and the drainage line was extended for improved functionality.
