As a Design/Build general contractor, we successfully completed restroom renovations for a national brand distribution center, spanning 19 separate facilities across three states, encompassing 51 different restrooms. Our work included the meticulous demolition of existing fixtures and finishes, followed by the installation of new acoustical ceilings, drywall, paint, VCT flooring, ceramic wall and floor tile, new lighting, and updated plumbing fixtures, stalls, and specialties. With precise planning and efficient travel coordination, we ensured seamless execution and minimal disruption to the ongoing operations at each facility.
